Finals week for students is a very long, stressful week. It can be 2 weeks depending on when you start studying. It is starting to be that time of year when it is finals and when students need the most concentration they can get and healthy food for them to stay healthy. You should be eating right, to keep you healthy during finals week but also to keep your brain moving. If you are not eating the right food during the times that you have to study the most then you will just get tired and not want to study any more. It happens to me a lot when I don't have coffee because that is what keeps me awake when I am studying for hours at night. I hope this helps students that are taking finals in the next couple of weeks and helps you stay a wake for the hours you are studying. brain power

  2. I think that is a great article and very helpful as well. These last two weeks are difinately going to be my hardest so its good to know what foods and drinks ill need to stock up on.
