What to do when you are starting to feel sick...

It is the worst feeling when you know you are starting to feel sick. Can you prevent it the cold from happening? Sometimes if you are lucky. You should always get enough sleep when you are feeling sick and that could help a lot. Or maybe sleep is all that you need. I found this great article to read to help you not to get sick. It is defiantly the time of year when the germs are getting passed around. If you are sick try and be cautious to those around you!!   1. I agree it is so important to know when you are getting sick although sometimes I do have trouble getting enough sleep even when I think I might have something coming on. For students who live on campus in the dorms germs get passed around so easily. Once one roommate is sick it seems like there is no stopping getting what they have. Thanks for posting helpful tips to try to avoid illness!
