Foods to keep in mind during the Holidays... the best and the worst..

The holidays are here! Trying to keep yourself on track with your diet? Everyone knows this is the hardest time of year to keep your weight on track and the diet that you want to have going good. It is so hard when there is so many different kinds of foods all around you..basically through the course of December. I have a problem when it come to sweets. That is the hardest thing to keep away from because there are so many options and you just want to have all of them. The best tip I think is that to keep drinking water instead of.. juices..or eggnog or cider, or soda. Those are just added on calories that you don't need because you are already having so many calories with the food. Check this website out and you can keep in your mind what to have and what not to have.. the worse feeling is feeling too full to move! best and worst food

  1. Yes the holidays are so hard when it comes to eating right. There is always so much good food at every family party I go to and I do end up getting so full that it is uncomfortable to move! I hate this feeling, but it is so hard to prevent. I agree with the drinking water part because it eliminates calories from other drinks, and I have also heard that drinking water before and during meals keeps you feeling fuller and that makes you eat less. This can also be a good way to keep the problem of over eating from occuring.
