A healthy choice when it comes to mall food..

Get hungry at the mall when you are shopping? I think it happens to most of us..especially when we are shopping for hours. Don't want to eat the junk they have there? I found a great article on how to choose the right snacks at the mall. It is so hard when there is so much good ( But bad) for you food all around the food courts. People are at the mall now for even longer because of the hoilday seasons. It is not good to skip meals and people are usually at the mall during the day and thats when you should be eating. This is an article that could help you for the next time you are in line at the food court and want to stay healthy and eat something that is acutually filling and is good for you. healthy

  1. Great Topic! Personally I love to chow down on the japanese terriaki chicken with white rice ans extra sauce, but I do know it is not good for me. The suggestions in the article sounded very delicious, but the mall that I shop at does not carry those vendors. Maybe I will look for them outside the mall as a healthy place to go out and eat.   2. I think this is very useful information especially since it's the holiday season. I read the article and my personal favorite is the salmon and brown rice meal from P.F. Changs. I think if you're going to be shopping at the mall all day, you should entitle yourself to a healthy and filling meal. Seafood and whole grains sounds like a healthy substitute for the usual burger and fries that most people get. Great tips on healthy eating!
